Dr. Wolfgang Amann, Associate Prof., Managing Director.
	Wolfgang Amann is a leading international expert in housing finance, housing policy and housing legislation. He has executed some 300 research and consulting projects in Western Europe and many CEE countries. A main focus in his professional activities is the implementation of PPP Housing sectors in transition countries. In this context he has published studies and influential articles in international journals and has executed consultancy and implementation projects in countries such as Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Romania, Russia and the Ukraine. He is consultant to the United Nations (REM – Real Estate Market Advisory Group) and The World Bank. Dr. Amann is Associate Professor teaching real estate economics at several graduate programmes in Austria and is active in the European Network for Housing Research (ENHR).
